How to Identify Your Part
To ensure we supply the correct part first time, please have the following information ready when you contact us:
Engine Model & Spec
The full engine model designation, e.g. Volvo Penta D4-300, Cummins QSB6.7. This is usually on a label on the engine block or valve cover.
Serial Number
The engine or drive serial number. For Volvo Penta this is typically stamped on the block and also on a sticker. For Cummins it is on the dataplate on the rocker cover.
Part Number (if known)
If you have the original part number from a previous invoice, service manual or the part itself, please provide it — this is the fastest way to confirm an exact match.
Description & Application
A description of the part and where it is fitted, e.g. 'raw water pump impeller for the freshwater cooling circuit'. Photos are always helpful for unusual or damaged parts.
